**A little note about your booking**

Check-in days are Monday and Wednesday (minimum 2-night stay) and Friday (minimum 3-night stay). We don’t offer one-night stays.

Please note that your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel more than 28 days before arrival, we can offer a change of dates to help you avoid losing your deposit. This is subject to availability and a £50 rearrangement fee.

Unfortunately, changes cannot be made within 28 days of arrival, and cancellations within this period are non-refundable. However, if we manage to rebook your dates, we may be able to offer a partial refund (your deposit will be retained).

For peace of mind, we recommend travel insurance in case the unexpected happens. We can also arrange this through a third party, so please get in touch for more information.

We cannot accept responsibility for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control.
